We hope you are delighted with your Parfums de Marly purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original, sealed packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened fragrances or beauty products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Care team or visit our online portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the item in its original box and shipping carton, ensuring it is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
